As part of Digital Product Design course we were working with Budapest public transport company (BKK) to plan the new Tap&Go ticketing system. The goal is to create a user-friendly and efficient ticketing system that meets the needs of both BKK and its users. The project involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and testing the design with real users.
